The Paper Edition is a kinetic sculpture made as a multiple for the exhibition Setup4, showing selected works from Collectie de Groen in Arnhem. It was produced concurrent to a larger work also on view, the commissioned installation Composition of Movement. The related kinetic sculpture in a box is produced in an edition of twenty. Both works, the spatial intervention and the edition, are concerned with paper as a medium, performing its limitations determined by spatial circumstances. Maintenance: A repair kit (including five sheets of spare paper, glue and paper-mounts) is provided with the work. An instruction leaflet explains all required steps for replacing the paper.
